Junior Outlet Manager (JOM!) is the first level of management at W Café (Work@holic) and forms the foundation for future managerial progression. In this role, you will be leading a team of passionate Crew(s) to deliver top class customer service while delivering quality food & beverage. Some of your responsibilities include:
Customer Service:

Ensure your Crew treat customer in polite manner & upsell as appropriate

Responding & managing customer complaints
Inventory:
-
Ensuring sufficient stock for day to day operation via planning & ordering from business partners

Lead the team to arrange monthly stock count with the crew
Ops Standard
-
Ensuring cleanliness of the work area by ensuring daily/weekly cleaning completed

Communicate with district manager to resolve sales/operational issues
People Management:
-
Schedule team’s timetable fairly & optimally
-
while dedicating work among team members according to workstations
-
Help crew(s) succeed by managing and training and providing them with feedback.
WHAT DOES IT TAKE TO JOIN US
-
At least 1 year working experience in the Food & Beverage / Hospitality / Tourism industry.

Experience in overseeing outlet(s), cost & budget planning.

Experience in baking is a plus
-
Able to handcraft coffee (basic) using espresso machine

Must be able to communicate well in English

Work Full Time (5 days a week) 6am - 4pm or 9am – 7pm
