Every adventure has a beginning and Crew forms the foundation of every outlet and is the best place to start learning. Some of your responsibilities include:
Customer Service:
-
Treat customer in polite manner & upsell as appropriate

Responding & managing customer complaints
Ops Standard
-
Ensuring cleanliness of the work area by completing daily/weekly cleaning
-
Work with Outlet Manager to resolve sales/operational issues
Operations Basic:
-
Handcraft awesome delicious beverage
-
Bake & produce food according to schedule and SOP
-
Ensure complete pastry/ sandwich display
-
Be well verse with Product Knowledge
Marketing:
-
Co-ordinating with the Headquarters on promotional events and other marketing related events
HSSE:
Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following organization standards and sanitation regulations
WHAT DOES IT TAKE TO JOIN US
-
No prior experience required though experience in the Food & Beverage / Hospitality / Tourism industry is a plus

Experience in baking & able to handcraft coffee (basic) using espresso machine is a plus

Must be able to communicate well in English

Work Full Time (5 days a week) 6am - 4pm or 9am – 7pm
